“Night out with the Giants”
Friday, September 5, 2008 at AT&T Park
SF Giants v. Pittsburgh Pirates
At the start of each school year, the San Francisco Giants host the town of Healdsburg at our very own “Night out with the Giants”! The S.F. Giants donate nearly one-half of the ticket price back to the Healdsburg Education Foundation to support our local public schools. Healdsburg students perform the National Anthem, run the scoreboard and announce “Play Ball” to start the game! Bus transportation is available to get you there in time to join the students on the field for the National Anthem.
This is a great night to take yourself, your family, your friends, and your co-workers out for a night of fun at the Ball Park. Each year HEF "nets" about $2,000 from this fun event!
Watch this webpage for ticket information starting in August of each year.
Visit the “Night out with the Giants” page for more information and to buy tickets.

Town Auction
Saturday, May 10, 2008
Local Healdsburg merchants team up with HEF the Saturday afternoon of Mother’s Day weekend each May in the Healdsburg Plaza bringing together the whole community to have fun and at the same time, support Healdsburg public schools. Over 60 Healdsburg businesses participate by providing a place to bid and contributing items to the auction. Many items are combined in unique and exclusive packages available only at this event. A complete list of participating merchants and auction lots is available on the web at www.healdsburg.com — look for “Town Auction” in May of the “Events Calendar” heading. In addition to the great auction items available, there are activities for all ages including face-painting, roving musical entertainment and other surprises on the Plaza. Proceeds go to the Healdsburg Education Foundation.
