HEF Funded SchoolsHealdsburg Unified School DistrictHUSD provides a quality educational program to over 2,200 preschool through adult students. At the K-12 level, we have one elementary school (divided into two campuses: K-2 and 3-5), one junior high school, one comprehensive high school and one alternative high school. In addition, students are served through independent study and home school programs. Preschool students have several different options: a state-sponsored preschool, a community preschool and Sonoma County’s 4 C’s program. Staff specialists in art, choral and instrumental music, dance, physical education, conversational Spanish, and computer technology provide programs to all our students, Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. In the past, other enrichment opportunities have also included Lego robotics, chemistry, cooking, and astronomy. Students and their families also have access to after-school child care with homework support each afternoon. |
