Active 20-30 Club of Healdsburg #205 Participates
in Human Race Fundraiser to Benefit HEF

We are excited to announce that this year the Club
is raising funds for deserving youth charities by participating in
the annual Human Race Fundraiser, hosted by the Sonoma County
Volunteer Center, on May 11, 2013 at Herbert Slater Middle School in
Santa Rosa.

The 2012 -2013 School Year is off
to be a great one. With your help and that of our generous community, HEF’s
goal is to raise funds to support these vital programs for our Healdsburg
public school students.
2012-2013 School Year - Funding Priority Targets:
- K-12 Grade Arts & Music
- K-12 Grade Library & Technology Programs
- Construction and Sustainability Academy (CASA)
- High School Internship Program
- Junior High PIQE Program – Parent Education Pilot Program
- Fitch Mountain Elementary School iPad Pilot Program
- Healdsburg Elementary “Tool Box” Social Learning Program
- Healdsburg Elementary Enrichment Program
- Endowment to establish long-term, stable funding for our schools
This is a challenging goal, as HEF is now playing a larger role than
ever before in the funding of our Healdsburg public schools. We are confident
with the help of folks like you we will raise the funds needed for these
vital programs.

WHO WE ARE: The Healdsburg Education Foundation raises
funds to ensure every student receives the education they need to reach
their highest potential upon graduation and be prepared for college, career
and citizenship. HEF partners with parents, businesses, foundations, and
social organizations to raise funds for vital educational programs that
make a big difference in student learning.
Chartered in 1985, a group of teachers, business leaders and community
activists in Healdsburg, California, came together to develop funding solutions
for the schools of Healdsburg, a town of 12,000 in the wine country of Sonoma
County in northern California.
